Job summary

Healthcare Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Certified Dietary Manager to lead the dining program at a long-term care facility in Pass Christian, Mississippi. The role ensures compliance with menus, regulations, and HCSG policies to provide top-notch dining services.

The candidate will manage the food service team, maintain records, and train staff while ensuring safety, quality, and excellent resident experiences. A CDM and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• CDM certification required.
• Associate’s degree or higher in food service management or hospitality coursework preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the food service program at a single site, ensuring high food quality, inventory management, food safety, and customer service.
• Lead and support the food service team to meet quality and safety standards.
• Maintain records of income, expenditures, food supplies, personnel, and equipment using HCSG software.
• Conduct staff training and quality control while performing dietary aide, cook, and dishwasher roles as needed.
