Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Certified Dietary Manager to lead the dining department at a long-term care facility. You will ensure high food quality, safety, and excellent resident experiences while managing inventory and staff.

The role requires CDM certification, an associate degree or higher in related fields, and 2+ years of leadership in food production/services. Expect growth opportunities, comprehensive benefits, and ongoing training as part of a nationwide employer.

Qualifications

• CDM certification is required.
• Associate’s degree or higher in food service management or hospitality.
• Two years of experience in quantity food production/service and supervising personnel.
• Must obtain FPM within 14 days of employment.
• Must obtain FSM and LTC-FSM within 60 days of employment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Maintain a positive attitude and communicate effectively with staff and leadership.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
• Residency within the service area is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the food service program at a single site to ensure high quality, safety, and customer service.
• Maintain records of income, expenditures, food supplies, personnel, and equipment using HCSG software.
• Conduct staff training, quality control, and in-service sessions; may perform dietary aide, cook, and dishwasher duties as needed.
• Communicate directives from client managers, building occupants, and administrators to staff.
• Follow infection control, universal precautions, and handwashing procedures to maintain a sanitary environment.
• Maintain attendance, punctuality, and timely completion of tasks.
• Represent HCSG positively in interactions with supervisors, clients, residents, and guests.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
