You’ll support day-to-day technical needs while contributing to process improvements, device management, and long-term team success. The role is expected to grow into a leadership position, requiring strong interpersonal skills and technical depth.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of IT experience in a corporate environment.
• Strong experience supporting Windows 10 and Windows 11.
• Familiarity with Android, iOS, and printer support.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
• Professional approach to teamwork and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop support for users across all levels of the organization
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and application issues
• Support new hires, employee moves, and terminations
• Manage printer support, toner replacement, and service requests
• Assist with IT inventory tracking and periodic audits
• Support projects that improve desktop operations and service delivery
• Deliver responsive support both remotely and onsite
• Follow escalation paths and maintain awareness of service level expectations
