This role bridges design and engineering, translating concepts into usable interfaces and establishing best practices.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in design, CS, or related field.
• Five years of professional design engineering experience developing enterprise design language systems.

Aufgaben

• Lead the development and maintenance of the design language system with scalable and accessible practices.
• Design and build design system infrastructure like token systems and pipelines.
• Create and maintain design system documentation and publishing infrastructure.
• Develop design tool plugins or custom tooling for designers.
• Build design system implementations (component libraries).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define patterns, components, and guidelines.
• Stay current with design tech trends and apply relevant advancements.
• Champion user-centered design across the organization.
• Help define success measures and incorporate feedback.
