CareSource in the United States is seeking a Digital Product Designer III to lead user research and experience design across member- and provider-facing digital products and experiences. This role operates with a high degree of autonomy, partnering with business stakeholders to identify customer needs, translate insights into design solutions, and drive measurable business outcomes.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in HCI, UX, psychology, or related field.
• Minimum five years of UX research or digital experience design experience.
• Experience designing for web, mobile, or portal platforms; healthcare/insurance preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead user experience design efforts across digital products and journeys.
• Translate insights into actionable design recommendations and digital improvements.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and journey maps to communicate concepts.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Operations and stakeholders to refine problems.
• Define and monitor experience metrics using feedback and performance data.
• Communicate research findings and design rationale to leadership.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise Human-Centered Design standards and accessibility.
• Manage multiple initiatives and prioritize activities based on value and priorities.
• Perform other duties as requested.
