M.C. Dean, Inc. is seeking a Design Engineer 3 within the Security and Electronic Systems (SES) group. You will design and deploy security solutions, lead an engineering team, and coordinate with clients and partners to deliver high-quality, scalable designs.

The role requires a strong background in physical security systems, design standards, and effective collaboration across multiple teams. Domestic and international travel up to 25% is possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field with 5+ years in security/engineering.
• Experience designing and delivering security systems.
• Ability to obtain Top Secret security clearance.

Responsabilités

• Design and deploy security systems meeting client needs.
• Lead regional engineering team and ensure design standards.
• Develop BOMs, project requirements, and technical specs.
• Collaborate with clients, partners, vendors, and internal teams.
• Provide design delivery processes and commissioning planning.
