Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline is required.
• 5+ years supporting commercial construction, electronic security, or low‑voltage projects.
• Ability to read construction drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Bluebeam.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work in both office and active construction environments.
• Strong Oral, Written and Presentation Skills.
• Demonstrated background working with multidisciplinary teams.
• Demonstrated time management and organization skills to meet deadlines and quality objectives.
• Ability to travel domestically up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily project execution with Project Leader and Deputy Leader.
• Assist with meeting coordination, agendas, minutes, and action tracking.
• Maintain project documentation, issue logs, and document control.
• Assist with project reporting and schedule updates.
• Track RFIs, submittals, bulletins, and change orders.
• Review construction drawings and specs.
• Support engineering clarifications and constructability reviews.
• Assist with shop drawing reviews and field redlines.
• Coordinate technical questions between engineering and field teams.
• Support BOM verification and equipment tracking.
• Perform regular field walks and assist Foremen with technical needs.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, and field priorities.
• Support QA/QC inspections and field documentation.
• Track commissioning progress and deficiencies.
