M.C. Dean, Inc. is seeking a Senior Design Engineer in McLean, Virginia to lead design and implementation for complex electronic security systems. The role requires expertise in the design-build lifecycle, strong leadership skills, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering along with 10+ years of relevant experience. The successful candidate will work collaboratively on projects, drive engineering design, and directly support security evaluations. An active TS/SCI clearance is required for this position.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in engineering or 7+ years with a Master’s Degree.
• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Experience with electronic security and ESS design build preferred.

Responsibilities

• Apply expert knowledge of ESS systems to projects.
• Participate in site surveys and project planning.
• Create Engineering Installation Design Packages in AutoCAD.
