Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 7+ years of professional experience in engineering design and construction management.
• Extensive experience in semiconductor/high-tech environments focusing on specialty gas and chemical distribution.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-priority design and construction projects, ensuring technical accuracy and accountability from start to finish.
• Oversee external design firms; review GCS drawing packages and ensure on-schedule, within-budget deliverables.
• Hire, mentor, and manage the engineering team; set KPIs and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Provide technical leadership, identify risks, and communicate mitigation plans to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with mechanical standards, codes, and environmental regulations throughout projects.
