- Strategic Planning: Lead strategic fabrication efforts and support high-level project planning for new and retrofit construction.
Design & Technical Management
- Oversee and manage external design engineering firms to ensure deliverables are accurate, on schedule, and within budget. Review and drive GCS (Gas & Chemical System) drawing packages—including specialty gas, specialty chemicals, slurry, bulk gas, and bulk specialty gases to completion. Develop, review, and approve site construction specifications for piping, equipment, distribution systems, and associated rooms/buildings. Perform and review utility demand calculations for both existing and new facilities to ensure operational capacity.
Construction, Quality & Compliance
- Monitor design packages and field installations for large-scale projects to ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, schedule, and cost requirements. Serve as the primary technical point of contact for construction teams, reviewing and approving RFIs, submittals, and material submittals. Ensure total compliance with mechanical standards, building codes, plumbing codes, and environmental regulations throughout the construction lifecycle. Oversee the development of handover plans and comprehensive project closeout documentation.
