Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field from an accredited program.
• 7+ years of related experience in design engineering, with 3+ years in managing engineering projects.
• Proven ability to develop business and establish client relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to handle diverse tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all aspects of multi-discipline design/build projects from concept to completion.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, manage scope, and control project costs.
• Serve as primary client contact for coordination, planning, budget, subcontracting, and satisfaction.
• Lead risk reviews and coordinate with Legal Department as required.
• Manage internal project financials and provide cost forecasts and accruals.
• Establish project teams and ensure efficient utilization of staff across disciplines.
• Oversee all project communications and submittals, proposals, and contract negotiations.
• Mentor project team members and provide performance feedback.
• Ensure QA/QC adherence and project execution per contractual terms.
