Job summary

Burns & McDonnell is seeking a Project Manager to oversee multi-discipline design/build projects in the United States. The role leads teams, manages schedules, budgets and risks, and ensures client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

You will develop proposals, negotiate contracts, coordinate procurement, and mentor project teams while upholding QA/QC standards and reporting progress to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of related experience in design engineering with 3+ years managing projects.
• Proven ability to develop business and establish client relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of multi-discipline design/build projects from concept to closeout.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, manage scope, and control costs.
• Lead client coordination and risk reviews; consult with Legal Department as required.
• Provide mentorship and performance feedback to project team; report progress and metrics.
