Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field from an accredited program.
• 7+ years of related design engineering experience with 3+ years in project management.
• Demonstrated success in managing projects and developing client relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities; capable of applying broad knowledge to assignments.
• Ability to devise new approaches to problems and manage change thoughtfully.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in contract terms negotiation and contract structuring.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Experience with scheduling, cost control, and document control.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-discipline design/build projects from concept to completion.
• Develop and monitor schedules, scope, and budgets.
• Serve as primary client point of contact for coordination and planning.
• Identify risks and lead risk reviews with internal/external teams.
• Forecast costs and manage project finances for stakeholders.
• Coordinate staff across disciplines for efficient execution.
• Oversee project communications and progress reporting.
• Pursue submittals, proposals, and contract negotiations.
