Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of related experience in design engineering, including 3+ years of managing engineering projects.
• Proven ability to develop business and establish client relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; capable of handling diverse assignments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of multi-discipline design/build projects from concept to completion.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, manage scope, and control costs.
• Serve as primary client contact for coordination, budgeting, and staffing.
• Lead risk reviews and consult with Legal Department as required.
• Manage internal project financials with forecasts and accruals.
• Establish project teams and coordinate cross-discipline activities.
