Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Construction, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of relevant project management experience in construction.
• Experience with design-build, CM, or program management approaches is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety programs, trainings, and policies and promote safety performance on the project team and with subs.
• Oversee day-to-day construction activities and ensure successful single or multiple project execution.
• Provide direction in planning, scheduling, estimating, cost development, and project objectives.
• Develop and manage client relationships, pursue proposals, and target municipal clients in Northwest Arkansas and Southwest Missouri.
• Develop and execute strategies to expand construction presence in NW Arkansas and SW Missouri with municipal, progressive design-build opportunities.
• Negotiate prime, CM contracts, subcontracts, and change orders.
• Monitor risk through reviews and consult with Legal as required.
• Implement project execution plans including safety, QA, procurement, staffing, and organization charts.
• Develop staffing plans and coordinate multiple practices, ensuring cost-effective staffing.
• Oversee site layout, mobilization, demobilization, and site implementation.
• Ensure permits compliance and approvals for projects.
• Lead RFP/bid processes and prepare detailed scope documents for contracts.
• Review reports on budgeting, cash flow, and status; present to management as required.
• Collaborate with engineering to deliver engineering deliverables per schedule.
