Job summary

Tend is redefining dental care with hospitality, comprehensive diagnostics, and a high-performing clinical team. As a Dentist, you’ll treat a well-booked schedule across operative, restorative, and cosmetic procedures in a modern studio, supported by an experienced clinical and operational team.

Depending on experience, you can focus on Associate Dentist duties or assume Lead Dentist responsibilities, mentoring teammates and guiding studio performance.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Current, active dental license in the state.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Active DEA registration.
• Associate Dentists – minimum 2 years post-residency; Lead Dentists – 6+ years post-residency.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a full spectrum of high-quality clinical services—restorative care, implants, cosmetic dentistry.
• Treat a dynamic mix of cases beyond basic dentistry, including esthetic and function-driven care.
• Lead comprehensive exams and present clear, patient-friendly treatment plans.
• Diagnose TMJ-related conditions and deliver related therapies as part of comprehensive care.
• Identify malocclusion and sleep-disordered breathing early and educate members empathetically.
• Drive adoption of clear aligners and sleep therapy within treatment planning.
• Manage a productive schedule, coordinate with studio teams, and ensure patient experience reflects Tend standards.
• Mentor teammates and lead clinical onboarding with Tend leadership.
