Job summary

Tend is hiring dentists for full-time positions with options to move into Lead Dentist roles. You’ll deliver a full scope of operative, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry in a modern studio with a collaborative team. The model rewards high performance with a transparent earning structure and growth opportunities.

Lead Dentists can mentor teammates, while Associate Dentists focus on clinical excellence. Compensation ranges align with market benchmarks and studio performance across the network.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Active dental license in the state you’re applying for.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Active DEA registration.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a full spectrum of high-quality clinical services—including restorative care such as inlays/onlays, crowns, veneers, endodontics, extractions, implants, and cosmetic dentistry.
• Lead comprehensive exams that diagnose the whole person and communicate clearly with patients.
• Develop thoughtful, member-centered treatment plans grounded in clinical findings and risk assessment.
• Diagnose and treat TMJ-related conditions and therapeutic Botox as part of care.
