Job summary

Tend is hiring in New York for full-time dentist roles, with optional traveling assignments on a 4-day/5-day schedule. You’ll perform operative, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry in a modern studio, diagnosing the whole person and delivering exceptional patient care.

Compensation includes a top-earning model with 425,000+ USD per year, guaranteed daily rate, and tiered production shares. Lead Dentists may take on leadership duties and studio KPIs.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Current, active dental license in the applying state.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Active DEA registration.
• Associate Dentists - 2+ years post-residency in private practice/DSO.
• Lead Dentists - 6+ years post-residency with leadership ability.
• Comfort with modern technology and digital workflows.
• Full-time 4 days/wk + 2 Saturdays/mo or 2–3 days/wk incl. some Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a full spectrum of high-quality clinical services—restorative, cosmetic, implants.
• Treat a dynamic mix of cases with comprehensive treatment planning.
• Lead clinical onboarding, calibration, and mentor teammates.
• Partner with leadership to optimize scheduling and studio performance.
• Provide a hospitality-driven patient experience and education.
