Job summary

DayToDay Health in Boston seeks a Dentist to provide comprehensive dental care in a modern, digitally enabled studio. You will treat a range of cases and develop patient-centered plans, with opportunities to specialize in clear aligners and sleep therapy or to advance as Lead Dentist mentoring staff and boosting studio performance.

Requirements include a DDS or DMD, active license, CPR/BLS, and DEA registration; associate level demands 2+ years, lead 6+ years with leadership; Invisalign

Qualifications

  • DDS or DMD degree and active dental license required.
  • CPR/BLS certification and DEA registration necessary.
  • Lead role requires 6+ years with proven leadership; associate 2+ years.
  • Invisalign certification and comfort with digital workflows preferred.
  • Strong communication, clinical judgment and team leadership are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver full-spectrum dental services including operative, restorative and cosmetic procedures.
  • Conduct comprehensive exams and develop member-centered treatment plans.
  • Identify and treat malocclusion, sleep-disordered breathing, and complex conditions.
  • Manage a productive schedule and ensure positive member experience.
  • Collaborate with team for coordinated care and ongoing clinical development.
  • Lead Dentists: mentor staff, lead clinical onboarding, review outcomes, drive studio performance.

Role Overview:

This position involves providing comprehensive, high-quality dental care in a modern, digitally-enabled studio environment. You will treat a diverse range of cases, including operative, restorative, cosmetic, and complex procedures, with a focus on diagnosing the whole person and delivering patient-centered treatment plans. The role offers opportunities to specialize in clear aligners and sleep therapy or to take on leadership responsibilities as a Lead Dentist, mentoring team members and enhancing clinical standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver full-spectrum dental services, including restorative, cosmetic, and advanced procedures
  • Conduct comprehensive exams and develop member-centered treatment plans
  • Identify and treat malocclusion, sleep-disordered breathing, and other complex conditions
  • Manage a productive schedule, ensuring efficient patient flow and a positive member experience
  • Collaborate with the team for coordinated care and ongoing clinical development
  • For Lead Dentists: mentor staff, lead clinical onboarding, review outcomes, and drive studio performance
Qualifications & Skills
  • DDS or DMD degree, active dental license, CPR/BLS, DEA registration
  • Associate level: minimum 2 years' experience; Lead level: 6+ years with leadership proven ability
  • Comfort with digital workflows and Invisalign certification
  • Strong communication, clinical judgment, and team leadership skills
  • Ability to perform precise clinical procedures with manual dexterity
