Tend is hiring a dentist in a full-time traveling/studio role in the United States. You will deliver a full scope of operative, restorative, and cosmetic care in a modern studio, with opportunities to serve as Lead Dentist and mentor the team.

The compensation model rewards high production and includes a strong earning potential. Expect a guaranteed daily rate plus a tiered production-based share, with top earners exceeding $425,000 annually.

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Current, active dental license in the state.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Active DEA registration.
• Associate Dentist – 2+ years post-residency; Lead Dentist – 6+ years post-residency.
• Comfort with modern technology and a willingness to adopt digital workflows.

Responsibilities

• Deliver full-scope clinical dentistry including operative, restorative, and cosmetic procedures.
• Lead exams and create patient-centered treatment plans.
• Mentor teammates and lead clinical onboarding.
• Expand advanced treatments and elevate studio performance.
• Provide leadership in schedule management and case selection.
