Job summary

Tend Midtown Studio is seeking a Dentist to deliver high-quality clinical care in a modern, hospitality-driven setting. You will treat a dynamic mix of cases, from restorative to cosmetic, with a supported team and opportunities for leadership as Lead Dentist.

You will participate in a compensation model that rewards production and quality care, while enjoying a collaborative studio culture that emphasizes expert clinical judgment and professional growth.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree required and active dental license in the applicable state.
• CPR/BLS certification and DEA registration.
• Associate Dentists: 2+ years of post-residency experience; Lead Dentists: extensive clinical leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver full spectrum of clinical services including restorative, esthetic, implants, and cosmetic dentistry.
• Lead exams and create thoughtful treatment plans grounded in clinical findings.
• Mentor teammates and partner with studio leadership to optimize scheduling and performance.
• Drive adoption of clear aligner therapy and sleep-disordered breathing treatments where appropriate.
