Seacrest Behavioral Health is seeking dentists to provide comprehensive care in a modern studio. The role covers operative, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry with emphasis on patient-centered treatment planning and efficient patient flow.

Associate dentists require a DDS/DMD with an active license and 2+ years of experience, while Lead Dentists require 6+ years and leadership capabilities, including team mentoring and quality oversight.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree, active license, CPR/BLS certification, DEA registration, Invisalign certification, and at least 2 years of experience for Associate Dentists or 6+ years for Lead Dentists.

Role Overview:

This position involves delivering comprehensive, high-quality dental care in a modern studio environment, focusing on operative, restorative, and cosmetic procedures.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and treat a wide range of dental conditions, including malocclusion and sleep-disordered breathing; develop patient-centered treatment plans; lead comprehensive exams; and manage a dynamic schedule to optimize patient flow and experience.

For Lead Dentists, additional duties include mentoring team members, leading clinical onboarding and training, overseeing case quality, and collaborating with studio leadership to enhance performance and growth.

Qualifications & Skills:

DDS or DMD degree, active license, CPR/BLS certification, DEA registration, Invisalign certification, and at least 2 years of experience for Associate Dentists or 6+ years for Lead Dentists. Comfort with digital workflows and strong communication skills are essential.
