Qualifications

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
Current, active dental license in the state you’re applying for.
Current CPR/BLS certification.
Active DEA registration.
Associate Dentists - 2+ years post-residency in private practice, DSO, or similar setting.
Lead Dentists - 6+ years post-residency with leadership experience.

Responsibilities

Deliver a full spectrum of high-quality clinical services within Tend’s studio environment.
Lead comprehensive exams and develop treatment plans grounded in clinical findings.
Mentor teammates and lead clinical onboarding for Lead Dentists and the studio.
Partner with studio leadership to optimize scheduling, patient access, and studio performance.
Foster a growth-oriented studio culture and uphold Tend’s standards and values.
