Tend is hiring dentists in a digitally enabled, modern studio environment. All dentists earn a guaranteed daily rate plus a tiered percentage of adjusted production, with Associate Dentists at 30–40% and Lead Dentists at 32–40% of production.

Lead Dentists may receive a monthly studio bonus tied to KPIs, and top earners reach $425,000+ per year. The role emphasizes clinical leadership, clear aligner and sleep therapy expertise, and a patient-centered hospitality-driven experience.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Current, active dental license in the state you’re applying for.
• CPR/BLS certification and Active DEA registration.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a full spectrum of high-quality clinical services including restorative, implants, and cosmetic dentistry.
• Treat a dynamic mix of cases with comprehensive, esthetic, and function-driven care.
• Lead comprehensive exams with clear, patient-friendly explanations and treatment planning.
• Diagnose and treat TMJ conditions and incorporate Botox where appropriate.
• Mentor and coach dentists and staff to elevate studio performance.
