Qualifikationen

• Four years of experience related to admissions/records.
• Education: One year of college coursework may be substituted for one year of related experience.
• Knowledge of district policies, rules and procedures governing admissions and records.

Aufgaben

• Evaluate student transcripts for credit acceptability and admissions/ graduation.
• Assist counselors to resolve graduation petitions and verify degree requirements.
• Oversee and lead the work of classified staff and temporary employees in Admissions/Records.
• Maintain degree audit system, catalog data, and degree/certificate mappings.
• Prepare and maintain student files and reports; respond to inquiries from students and staff.
• Coordinate with other offices on data processing and data integrity for admissions/records.
