Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluates student transcripts for credit acceptability and for admissions and graduation; works with counselors to resolve graduation petitions.
• Uses ERP and degree planning software for data entry, transcript review, degree maps, and catalog data.
• Responds to requests; processes records, grades, and transcripts; supports degree audit processes and reporting.
• Oversees lead responsibilities for Admissions/Records and mentors classified staff.
