Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Principal Decision Scientist for the Signify Health Strategy & Innovation team. You will design and execute causal inference studies and sizing analyses that underpin strategic recommendations, collaborating with data professionals and executive leadership.

You will lead analytic efforts on member outcomes, support growth evaluations, and promote analytics best practices across Signify, engaging with cross-functional partners and presenting to the ELT.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in Decision Science, Data Science, or related field.
• Expert SQL and Python skills with large datasets.
• Strong statistics, hypothesis testing, predictive modeling, and causal inference.
• Experience with healthcare/payer data and executive communication.
• Experience with Snowflake and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Responsibilities

• Lead causal inference studies to quantify outcomes and inform strategy.
• Conduct analytic sizing for product and partnership opportunities.
• Develop and maintain analytics best practices and reusable assets.
• Present analyses to Signify's ELT and executive leadership.
