• 10+ years in Decision Science, Data Science, or related field with ownership of analytical problems.
• Expert SQL and Python with large, complex datasets.
• Strong statistics, hypothesis testing, regression, and predictive modeling.
• Experience with causal inference to evaluate programs.
• Healthcare/payer data expertise preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead causal inference studies to quantify member outcomes and support strategic decisions.
• Provide analytic support for growth evaluations and new product opportunities.
• Promote analytics best practices and collaborate with Signify/Strategy teams.
