Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Principal Decision Scientist to join the Signify Health Strategy & Innovation team. You will design and execute causal inference studies and sizing analyses that drive strategic recommendations, partnering with data professionals to standardize data, pipelines, and best practices.

You will liaise with executive leadership, translate complex questions into analytical approaches, and contribute to growth opportunities across healthcare data platforms and advanced analytics.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in decision science or related quantitative field with end-to-end problem ownership.
• Expert SQL and Python for large datasets, with statistical modeling and visualization.
• Experience with causal inference and impact measurement in healthcare settings.
• Strong executive communication and ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead causal inference studies and sizing analyses for strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate across Signify/CVS teams to standardize data, docs, code reviews, and pipelines.
• Present analyses to ELT and executives, shaping growth opportunities and strategy.
