Job summary

CVS Health’s Signify Health Strategy & Innovation team seeks a Principal Decision Scientist to design causal inference studies that quantify member outcomes and size growth opportunities. You will collaborate across data, product, and strategy functions and serve as an individual contributor driving rigorous analysis.

You will present analyses to Signify's ELT and executive leadership, mentor analytics talent, and advance best practices, governance, and reusable assets across the organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in Decision Science, Data Science, Advanced Analytics, or related field.
• Expert SQL and Python skills with large data analysis experience.
• Strong statistics, regression, experimental design, predictive modeling.

Responsibilities

• Lead deep statistical studies to prove member outcomes and quantify impact.
• Design, build, and maintain causal inference studies for in-home health evaluation.
• Collaborate across Signify's functions to standardize data and improve practices.
• Translate questions into structured analytical approaches and size new opportunities.
• Present analyses to Signify's ELT and executive leadership and mentor analytics talent.
