Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in Decision Science, Data Science, Advanced Analytics, or related quantitative field.
• Expert SQL and strong Python skills with large, complex datasets.
• Strong applied statistics and advanced analytics expertise including hypothesis testing and predictive modeling.
• Demonstrated experience with causal inference and impact measurement.
• Healthcare/payer data expertise with claims, enrollment, or provider data.
• Executive communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Experience with Snowflake and cloud data platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Knowledge of ETL/ELT and relational or NoSQL databases.

Responsibilities

• (i) Lead deep statistical studies to prove member outcomes and provide quantitative sizing for growth opportunities.
• (ii) Translate business questions into structured analytical approaches and size new products/partnerships.
• (iii) Champion analytics best practices and present analyses to executive leadership.
