Job summary

MOREgroup is seeking a data professional to design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and analytics solutions across our civic, education, and healthcare practices.

You will work with modern cloud data platforms and ETL/ELT tools, delivering data-driven insights while partnering with business stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into technical solutions. The role includes leading offshore teams and advancing our AI/ML capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or related field with 3+ years in data engineering/integration/warehousing.
• Hands-on experience with modern cloud data platforms and ETL/ELT tools.
• Strong SQL and programming (Python, R, Scala or SAS).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and architectures for reporting and analytics.
• Build data warehouses and analytical models for insights.
• Integrate data from internal and external sources using APIs, flat files, and databases.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate data needs into technical solutions.
• Recommend BI and data solutions aligned with strategy and modernization goals.
• Ensure data accuracy, security, and performance across platforms.
• Lead offshore teams across time zones and manage analytics projects end-to-end.
• Define and execute operational strategy for diverse data audiences.
