Job summary

MOREgroup is seeking a skilled data professional to design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and analytics solutions across the organization. This role focuses on modern cloud data platforms and integration tools to enable data-driven decision-making from ingestion through analytics.

The ideal candidate will ensure data quality, security, and performance, handling ETL/ELT, data warehousing, API/file data integration, and collaboration with stakeholders as well as offshore teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in data engineering, data integration, or data warehousing.
• Experience with modern cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, or Synapse).
• Proficiency with SQL and programming languages for data analytics (Python, R, Scala or SAS).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and architectures.
• Build and optimize data warehouses and analytical data models.
• Integrate data from internal and external sources using APIs, flat files, and ETL/ELT tools.
• Partner with business stakeholders and tech teams to translate data needs into solutions.
• Evaluate BI and analytics solutions aligned with tech strategy.
• Ensure data accuracy, security, and performance across platforms.
• Lead and coordinate offshore data teams across time zones.
