Job summary

MOREgroup seeks a skilled data professional to design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and analytics solutions. You will work with cloud platforms and ETL/ELT tools to enable data-driven decision making across civic, education, and healthcare practice areas.

You will partner with analysts and tech teams to translate data needs into technical solutions, build data warehouses, and drive modernization of our data capabilities across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in data engineering, integration, or warehousing.
• Experience with modern cloud data platforms and ETL/ELT tools.
• Strong SQL skills and handling large datasets.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical data solutions.
• Experience leading offshore data teams across time zones.
• Excellent communication for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and architectures.
• Build and optimize data warehouses and analytical models.
• Integrate data from internal and external sources via APIs and files.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate data needs into solutions.
• Evaluate BI and analytics tools aligned with strategy.
• Ensure data accuracy, security, and performance across systems.
• Lead and manage offshore teams to support data initiatives.
• Oversee data projects from design to delivery.
• Develop operational strategy for diverse data audiences.
• Identify opportunities to modernize data capabilities.
