Job summary

MOREgroup in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a skilled data professional to design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and analytics solutions across the organization. You will work with cloud data platforms and modern integration tools to enable data-driven decision making.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with data engineering, data integration, and data warehousing, and can lead offshore teams while collaborating with business stakeholders and technology groups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or related field with 3+ years of professional experience in data engineering, data integration, data science, or data warehousing.
• Proficiency with modern data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, Azure Synapse).
• Experience with ETL/ELT tools such as Informatica, Boomi, Talend, Glue, Fabric, or SSIS.
• Programming in Python, R, Scala, or SAS for data analytics.
• Strong SQL skills with large, complex datasets and relational databases.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and architectures for reporting and analytics.
• Build and optimize data warehouses and analytical data models for actionable insights.
• Integrate data from internal and external sources using APIs, flat files, and ETL/ELT tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate data needs into technical solutions.
• Evaluate and recommend BI and analytics solutions aligned with strategy.
• Ensure data quality, security, and performance across platforms.
