Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in data engineering, data integration, data science, or data warehousing.
• Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, Azure Synapse).
• Strong SQL skills and experience with large datasets and relational DBs (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Experience leading offshore data teams across multiple time zones.
• Excellent communication for translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and architectures.
• Build and optimize data warehouses and analytic data models.
• Integrate data from internal/external sources using APIs, files, DB connections, and modern ETL/ELT tools.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate data needs into technical solutions.
• Evaluate BI/analytics solutions aligned with strategic goals.
• Lead offshore teams across time zones; monitor and optimize performance.
