Job summary

MOREgroup is seeking a skilled data professional to design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and analytics solutions across the organization. The role focuses on modern cloud data platforms, data integration, and the full data lifecycle from ingestion to analytics.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with cloud data platforms, ETL/ELT tools, and prefers leading cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Data Science or related field with 3+ years of data experience.
• Strong experience with Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift or Azure Synapse.
• Proficient with ETL/ELT tools such as Informatica, Boomi, Talend, AWS Glue, or SSIS.
• Programming in Python, R, Scala, or SQL for data processing.
• Strong SQL skills with large relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc).
• Experience leading offshore data teams across multiple time zones.
• Excellent communication to translate complex data concepts for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and architectures.
• Build and optimize data warehouses and analytical data models.
• Integrate data from internal and external sources using APIs, files, DB connections, and ETL/ELT tools.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand data needs and translate requirements into solutions.
• Evaluate BI and analytics solutions aligning with long-term technology strategy.
• Ensure data accuracy, security, reliability, and performance across platforms.
• Develop data solutions supporting reporting, BI, data science, and analytics initiatives.
• Lead offshore teams to support data and analytics initiatives.
• Oversee data projects from design to delivery and implement operational data strategy.
• Identify opportunities to improve data processes and reduce shadow IT.
