Job summary

MOREgroup is seeking a skilled data professional to design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and analytics solutions across the organization. You will work with modern cloud platforms to enable data-driven decision making, spanning ingestion, transformation, analytics, and optimization.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, or Azure Synapse and strong SQL skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in data engineering, data integration, data science or data warehousing.
• Experience with modern data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift or Azure Synapse).
• Proficiency with ETL/ELT tools (Informatica, Boomi, Talend, Glue, Fabric or SSIS).
• Strong SQL skills and large-scale data handling experience.
• Leadership or coordination of offshore data teams across time zones.
• Excellent communication to translate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and architectures for reporting and analytics.
• Build data warehouses and analytical models enabling actionable insights.
• Integrate data from internal and external sources using APIs, files, DB connections and ETL/ELT tools.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate data needs into technical solutions.
• Evaluate BI and analytics solutions aligning with strategy and modernization.
• Maintain data accuracy, security, reliability, and performance across platforms.
• Lead offshore teams to support data initiatives across time zones.
• Oversee projects from design to delivery and define operational data strategies.
