MOREgroup is seeking a data professional to design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and analytics solutions across the organization. You will work with modern cloud data platforms, integrate data from diverse sources, and partner with stakeholders to deliver data-driven insights and optimized analytics.

The role encompasses data warehousing, ETL/ELT, and modeling, with leadership responsibilities for offshore teams and collaboration across time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3+ years in data engineering or data warehousing.
• Experience designing scalable data pipelines and architectures.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and working with large datasets.
• Proficiency with cloud data platforms and ETL/ELT tools.
• Ability to translate complex data needs to technical solutions.
• Experience leading offshore data teams and coordinating across time zones.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and architectures.
• Build and optimize data warehouses and analytical data models for insights.
• Integrate data from multiple sources using APIs, flat files, and ETL/ELT tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Evaluate BI and analytics solutions aligned with tech strategy.
• Ensure data accuracy, security, and performance across platforms.
• Lead offshore teams to support data initiatives.
• Support AI/ML adoption by enabling data readiness and governance.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data delivery pipelines.
• Establish and maintain data standards and documentation.
