Zusammenfassung

EOS IT Solutions is seeking a Data Center Network Operations Lead in Louisiana to oversee hardware repair, fiber deployment, splicing, testing, and maintenance across large-scale environments. You will diagnose and resolve hardware and network issues, lead technicians, and ensure SLA-driven service using CLI tools such as Cisco IOS, NX-OS, and Linux shells.

This role requires rotating 24/7/365 shifts and may involve up to 10% travel domestically.

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree or higher in a technical discipline or equivalent hands-on data center experience.
• 5+ years IT support, hardware diagnostics in enterprise environments.
• 2+ years people management / team lead experience.
• Strong CLI proficiency and network hardware repair experience.
• Experience with fiber testing and repair, and OTDR tools.

Aufgaben

• Lead field-based technical teams and manage workloads to meet targets.
• Maintain documentation for incident resolution and root cause analysis.
• Ensure SLA adherence through ticket queues and escalations.
• Provide mentorship to junior technicians and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and maintenance windows.
• Promote adherence to MOPs/CMOPs and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide leadership coverage in the absence of the Site Supervisor.
