The role entails preventative maintenance, incident response, and collaboration with operations teams to ensure peak facility performance. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in electrical and 3+ years in mechanical facilities maintenance, plus strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years electrical facilities maintenance experience.
• 3+ years mechanical facilities maintenance experience.
• Experience reading and writing procedures and engineering documents.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Escalate and manage facilities issues across critical systems (switchgear, generators, UPS, chillers).
• Perform root-cause analysis and respond within SLAs.
• Train and guide Engineering Operations Technicians; collaborate with Facility Manager.
• Develop standard practices for engineers and vendors.
• Support new facilities and efficiency projects; coordinate after-hours maintenance.
