Job summary

Epsilon is a global data, technology and services company seeking a data analytics professional to lead statistical deliverables for multiple projects. You will translate client needs into analytic approaches, build and validate models, and present actionable results.

You will collaborate with Sales and internal teams, mentor peers, and ensure governance and privacy guidelines are followed while delivering client-ready insights and data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in statistical, quantitative, or related field; advanced degree preferred; 5+ years in statistical analysis, data modeling with large databases, and external client collaboration.
• Experience with external clients in a business environment and familiarity with data assets processes and direct marketing concepts.
• Advanced knowledge of statistical methods (regression, clustering, factor analysis, ANOVA, sampling, inference, transformations, validation, model evaluation).
• Ability to lead analytic projects through all stages from problem framing to final reporting.
• Proficiency in analytic programming and tools (Python, PySpark, SQL) and MS Excel/PowerPoint for analysis and presentations.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools to support analytic review while maintaining governance and responsible-use standards.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for on-time delivery of statistical deliverables and manage workload within the Data Analytics team.
• Lead analytic projects by translating client needs into defined analytic approaches and delivering outputs.
• Independently build and present statistically sound models using standard tools and methods.
• Perform original research, maintain analytic documentation, and develop client-ready materials communicating findings and recommendations.
• Consult with Sales and external clients, explaining statistical concepts and presenting analytic findings.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to troubleshoot data, modeling, and process issues; surface risks and drive alignment.
• Support peers through mentoring, knowledge sharing, and collaboration to improve team capabilities.
• Write new Python (and PySpark) code, maintain codebases, and evaluate new analytic approaches.
• Ensure compliance with privacy, data governance, and AI guidelines across analytic work.
