Job summary

Epsilon is seeking a Senior Staff Data Scientist to lead end-to-end analytics programs across client accounts, delivering measurable business impact. You will guide teams, shape analytic roadmaps, and translate complex data into executive insights for clients, agencies, and internal leadership.

The role requires deep statistical and ML expertise, strong Python/SQL/Databricks skills, and experience presenting at the executive level.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field such as Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Marketing Analytics or related field.
• 10+ years of analytics/digital marketing analytics experience with client-facing programs.
• Proven leadership and mentoring of teams, with strong communication skills.
• Strong hands-on and leadership experience with Python, SQL and Databricks mandatory; experience with Analytics tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of analytics programs across multiple client accounts, from scoping and solution design through execution, measurement and business impact articulation.
• Partner with analytic consulting teams, clients and account teams to translate objectives into scalable analytical solutions and insights.
• Develop and govern analytical frameworks for customer segmentation, propensity modeling, LTV, attribution and marketing effectiveness.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and high-quality analyses.
• Provide oversight and QA for statistical analyses, ML models, experiments and narratives.
• Translate analytical findings into executive stories and client recommendations.
