Job summary

Epsilon is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to deliver on-time statistical outputs, lead analytics projects, and present findings to clients. The role involves building models, mentoring peers, and ensuring governance in data and AI usage.

You will collaborate across internal teams, work with external clients, and contribute to improving analytic workflows while applying advanced statistical methods and Python/PySpark tooling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in statistics, quantitative, or related field; advanced degree preferred; 5+ years in statistical data analysis or modeling with large databases.
• Experience with external clients in a business environment; familiarity with data assets processes and advertising concepts.
• Advanced knowledge of statistical methods: regression, clustering, ANOVA, inference, transformations, model evaluation.
• Ability to lead analytic projects across stages from problem formulation to final reporting.
• Proficiency in Python and PySpark; SQL; ability to mentor analysts and contribute to standards; proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate, on-time statistical deliverables and manage workload within Data Analytics team.
• Lead analytic projects by defining objectives and methods, translating needs into analytic approaches.
• Build, validate, and present statistically sound models; guide non-standard approaches and escalation.
• Develop client-ready materials communicating findings and recommendations with business tradeoffs.
• Consult with Sales and clients, explaining statistics and presenting analytic results.
