Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, quantitative, or related field; advanced degree preferred; 5+ years in statistical field with data analysis and client-facing experience.
• Experience working with external clients and familiarity with Epsilon data assets processes and infrastructure, and direct marketing concepts preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of statistical methods including regression, clustering, factor analysis, ANOVA, sampling, inference, transformations, validation, model evaluation techniques, and statistical problem-solving in complex business environments.
• Proven ability to lead analytic projects through all stages, including problem formulation, metric definition, methodology selection, execution, evaluation, collaborator communication, and final reporting.
• Proficiency in analytic programming and tools, including Python and PySpark and SQL, with the ability to independently implement analyses, mentor peers, and contribute to standards; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for analyses and presentations.
• Experience demonstrating LLM- and AI-enabled tools to support analytic review, accelerate workflows, and improve documentation while adhering to governance.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritize effectively, work independently, and travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for the accurate, on-time delivery of statistical deliverables for assigned projects, including workload management.
• Lead and implement analytic and research projects by translating client needs into analytic approaches and delivering outputs.
• Independently build, validate, and present statistically sound models, guiding colleagues on analytic methods.
• Perform original research and develop client-ready materials communicating findings and recommendations.
• Consult with Sales and external clients by presenting analytic findings and serving as a trusted advisor.
• Work cross-functionally to troubleshoot data, modeling, and process issues and surface risks.
• Support peer development through mentoring, knowledge sharing, and collaboration.
• Write new Python code and enhance existing codebases; evaluate new analytic approaches.
• Ensure compliance with privacy, governance, and AI guidelines across analytic work.
• Collaborate with teams to drive alignment and consensus on analytic recommendations.
