Epsilon’s Data Science & AI practice seeks a Senior Staff Data Scientist to lead end‑to‑end analytics programs for multiple client accounts, delivering measurable business impact through advanced analytics and AI.

The role combines deep technical expertise, team leadership, and executive communication to translate data into strategic recommendations and scalable solutions for clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field; master’s preferred.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in analytics or digital marketing analytics, with client-facing leadership.
• Strong hands-on and leadership experience with Python, SQL and Databricks mandatory; experience with analytics tools is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end analytics program delivery across multiple client accounts, from scoping to impact articulation.
• Lead cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into scalable analytical solutions and insights.
• Provide technical leadership and client-facing thought partnership to drive measurable business outcomes.
