Job summary

Epsilon’s Data Science & AI practice is seeking a Senior Staff Data Scientist to lead end-to-end analytics programs across multiple client accounts, translating complex data into measurable marketing and business outcomes. You will own delivery, mentor a team and partner with clients and account teams to drive value.

Ideal candidates have a strong technical depth in Python, SQL, Databricks, and experience guiding pre-sales, solutioning and hypothesis-driven analytics in a consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or higher, in a quantitative field; master's preferred.
• 10+ years of analytics and client-facing consulting experience.
• Experience leading and developing teams, including coaching and performance management.
• Hands-on with Python, SQL and Databricks; knowledge of analytics platforms a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of analytics programs across multiple client accounts, from scoping to business impact articulation.
• Translate business objectives into scalable analytical solutions and actionable insights.
• Lead and govern analytical frameworks for segmentation, propensity, LTV, attribution and marketing effectiveness.
• Provide oversight of statistical analyses, ML models, experimental designs and reporting narratives.
• Support pre-sales opportunities and solutioning with analytic consulting and account teams.
• Drive adoption of scalable analytics and emerging AI capabilities to improve delivery quality.
