Epsilon is seeking an experienced Data Analytics professional to deliver statistical outputs and lead analytical projects for external clients from its Colorado location. You will translate business needs into analytic approaches, build and validate models, and present findings with clear actionable recommendations.

The role requires 5+ years of statistical work, strong programming in Python/PySpark/SQL, and ability to mentor teammates while upholding data governance and AI guidelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a statistical field with data analysis or modeling on large datasets.
• Experience working with external clients in a business environment.
• Proven ability to lead analytic projects from problem framing to final reporting.
• Proficiency in Python, PySpark, SQL and Excel; capable of mentoring peers.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools and maintaining governance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate, on-time statistical deliverables and manage workload.
• Lead analytic projects by translating client needs into analytic approaches.
• Build, validate, and present statistically sound models.
• Develop client-ready materials communicating findings and recommendations.
• Consult with Sales and external clients; explain statistical concepts clearly.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to troubleshoot data and process issues.
• Mentor peers and contribute to team learning.
• Write and improve Python and PySpark code; review peer work.
• Ensure privacy, data governance, and AI guideline compliance.
