The ideal candidate brings 12+ years in customer-facing technical roles, cloud architectures experience, and proven ability to translate business

Qualifications

12+ years in customer-facing technical roles focused on data security, privacy, governance, cloud security, or enterprise software.
Hands-on expertise across cloud platforms and enterprise architectures.
Familiarity with DSPM, Privacy, or AI Governance platforms is a plus.
Preferred certifications: AWS/Azure/CISSP/CIPP/CIPM or similar.

Responsibilities

Lead onboarding, adoption, and optimization for customers.
Identify churn risk and upsell opportunities with technical insights.
Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to influence renewal outcomes.
