Qualifications

• Basic computer skills are required.
• Retail management experience preferred.
• Experience leading a sales team preferred.
• Previous custom framing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the framing team to build customer relationships.
• Drive custom framing sales and plans workload with Store Manager.
• Manage inventory, shrink, and safety programs.
• Assist with interviewing, onboarding, and training.
• Provide excellent customer service and framing solutions.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed.
